Terms of Service

You may use Property.ai for lawful business prospecting, property research, lead generation, and related contractor sales workflows. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate account information and have authority to use the service on behalf of your company. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service.

Free accounts may preview a limited number of records and cannot export records. Paid upgrades may include export limits, image scoring access, and other usage limits described in the product. Fees are charged as shown at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Property records, imagery, permit information, scores, recommendations, and lead lists may come from public records, third-party sources, user inputs, and automated analysis. Results are provided for prospecting and research support only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, marketing, sales, privacy, telemarketing, email, direct mail, advertising, and data use practices. You may not use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, bypass access controls, scrape or resell data except through permitted exports, overload the platform, interfere with security, or use the service to build a competing product.

The service may integrate with third-party providers for authentication, payments, data, maps, imagery, AI analysis, email, hosting, and direct mail. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Lead Atlas and its licensors own the service, software, workflows, branding, designs, and proprietary scoring logic. You retain ownership of information you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, lead conversion, revenue outcomes, property condition, owner intent, or compliance results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Atlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates when this version became effective. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
